How I work

  • - Projects under 6 months, typically with a clear objective and end date (e.g. a set of strategic recommendations for a board meeting or a new budget cycle)

    - For short-term engagements I charge an hourly or daily rate (rates depend on the nature of the brief, and are available on request)

  • - Projects over 6 months, often with multiple phases and objectives

    - For long-term engagements I can either charge a hourly/ daily rate or a fixed fee per phase (rates and fees depend on the nature of the brief, and are available on request)

  • - I can join your team and fill a new or existing role in your structure, either part-time or full-time (minimum duration of 3 months)

    - For interim roles I can charge a hourly/ daily rate or be fully onboarded on to your payroll (rates and salary expectations depend on the nature of the brief, and are available on request)

Experience

Supported a leading global social media platform as an interim product strategist, developing new tools for digital advertisers

Led the development of a new customer segmentation for a major convenience retailer and created strategic growth plans for six key markets, delivering 10-15% margin growth year-on-year for 5 years

Led the transformation of a leading marketing and growth consultancy, including integrating newly-acquired agencies and restructuring the back-office team

Worked with a UK government department to identify high-potential small-medium businesses that could increase UK exports

Worked with the newly-appointed CMO of a regional HORECA business to develop new marketing processes, KPIs, team structure and capabilities

Supported a market-leading supply chain and logistics operator through a multi-year transformation of their Global Marketing function
